And I talk about how to find something to try and distract your mind and keep it busy when your kids aren’t around to help not worry and feel empty and alone. I talk about how the ex seems different but is it just another stage or is it a long run. Only time will tell. It’s another week of being a single parent and it’s a really stressful time with trying to sell and buy a house. 4th of July and fireworks and the ex not coming through as always. And build a Bear and the Franklin Institute trip. And just trying to show that happiness isn’t something we should be chasing in life and just find joy in life and because things are stressful now doesn’t mean you can’t climb out of it. And of course the top 5!

In this weeks episode I talk about how hard it is to not have my kids around. The importance of connecting with your kids on their level and not feeling guilty if you are doing things for yourself and not fully engaged with your kids for that amount of time.
