I have a deep interest in the political and the personal. I was in the political space before I started my coaching business, and I’ve been interested in personal development since I was little.

What drove me in my previous career, in a way, still drives me now: a deep frustration with the inequality of the status quo. I began to see the connection of one’s personal experience with what was going on in the broader picture of society.

What is that broader picture? In this episode, I talk about how the recent U.S. midterm reflects a certain relationship dynamic, as well as discuss a recent study about why men feel lonelier than ever before and how that affects heterosexual women looking for a relationship.
