The food chain supply issues will hit us differently ladies. As inflation increases we have to be able to pivot and redirect the way that we shop and feed our children. Once again the women and children will be the ones who suffer. Protect yourself , protect your money and most of all protect your children. 

As a nurturer you are a giver. What do you do when you have nothing left to give and everyone around you is expecting something from you. Energy, time, attention, these are all things that can be depleted from your body as well as your soul. Mother who is there for you. Who is in your corner. Who are the people in your life that give you reciprocity. Trust me you need your energy for your children. In this podcast we will be looking at the relationships that you have with others.
