He serves gratis as an Assistant Clinical Professor at the University of Louisville School of Medicine. His Pain Management fellowship was at Rochester, Minnesota’s Mayo Clinic, where he also served on the faculty of the Mayo Medical School.

Services are provided by volunteer physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, and other health professionals in the community. We provide medical assistance to individuals without health insurance.
