On this Episode of the SPM Podcast, I interview Margaret Graham. She is an SPM of two young men. We talk about making decisions for ourselves that at the time we thought were selfish, but they were necessary for us to move forward as we maneuvered through single motherhood.
Listen as I speak with Jenary Merced about the early months of an SPM. Jenary is a survivor of domestic violence and home insecurities. She became a teen mom at the age of 17 and married at 19. She attended community college when her firstborn was a month old. At 20 years old, Jenary had her second daughter. At 25, she became divorced with three children. She knew in order to save her life and the lives of her children; she had to break generational curses. Jenary created this change by earning a Bachelor's Degree. In 2015, she graduated with a double major in Psychology and Sociology with a minor in Marketing.
