Hey readers! Today we interview the extremely talented and friendly Sheena Monnin. She is the co-author (her father Phillip Monnin is the other author) of the riveting and dramatic hard-sci-fi series The Safety Trilogy. In today's episode, we discuss her first novel in the trilogy, Leaving Safety, her inspiration for writing the story, and the sci-fi genre in general.

Please tune in and support this our wonderful author of the month! Included in this episode is a short excerpt of Leaving Safety narrated by yours truly. If the book strikes your fancy, please head over to Sheena's website to pick up a copy! You will not regret it :)
