Today we are speaking to Globally published health + fitness writer, Emilina Lomas. Emilina is originally from London, where she always had a passion for health and wellness. After working 9-5 job for a fortune 500 company, she came to realize that path wasn’t for her. She took a risk,  quit her job, traveled the world,  and found her passion for writing. She now works as a freelance health and fitness writer working in the comfort of her home in the sunny California.

Emilina has a master of science in Nutrition and continues to thrive, writing articles for some of the most prestigious magazines and websites. Some of Emilinas top articles have been published in Muscle & Strength, Breaking Muscle, and on Health.com. She is not only ambitious and driven, much very down to earth and passionate in her career, we cannot wait for you guys to hear all about Emilina and her path to her current journey she chose.

Today we are talking to a nutritionist and a soon-to be registered dietitian, Sam Wierzbicki. Sam growing up as an athlete always struggled with different diets and ways of fueling her body. She graduated from Princeton with an English degree, and during her time teaching in elementary school in thailand she realized she noticed that she spent  all of her free time studying nutrition, therefore she  decided to go back to school and study nutritional science in NYU and follow her passion in food and wellness.

Sam runs an instagram blog where she posts daily recipes, and nutritional advice, as well as offers great tips and advice as well as 1 on 1 coaching. She is passionate, and very knowledgeable in all things nutrition and wellness, and we cannot wait for you guys to tune in and hear how Sam chooses to Sip n Venture!

Today we have a super exciting guest- Kelly who is  a co-founder of the Well Collective in Columbia, SC., which is a one stop shop for all things health and wellness, with a passion for community and connection.

Today we have someone joining us who is the definition of Sip n’ Venture.  Josh Neuman is a filmmaker, a downhill skateboarder, a lisenced skydiver, and a full time adventurer.

Josh owns his own media company where he collaborates with various big brands, such as GoPro. His videos have gotten over 140 million views on YouTube.

Josh has longboarded all over the world on the biggest and the most dangerous roads, including French Alps, Norway, Switzerland, Italy, Hawaii and more.

He’s been featured on SportsCenter Top 10 plays, and most importantly has a big passion for serving people and has plans on starting a nonprofit.

We can’t wait for you guys to meet Josh. This episode is truly one of a kind. 

WhereIsCho is an extremely talented  23 year old singer and rapper. He discovered his love for music at a very young age and realized that music was an outlet and something he could always rely on no matter what the circumstances were. WhereIsCho uses music as a way to express not only his feelings but to also inspire others around him.

Growing up, I have always looked up to him for his passion and motivation in life.

Raimis the definition of a success. Throughout his career he’s been and is a  successful engineer, a business owner,  an expert of all things tech, a scientist, an owner of quite a few real estates, and as well as an amazing dad.

I can honestly say my dad made my childhood the best. Since he’s a big tech guy, he has always provided us with the coolest newest toys and tech,  He is extremely knowledgeable and has many valuable life tips, whether it's finances, business, or life advice. I’ve always admired his drive and passion in life to support our family, and improve the world.

We cannot wait for you guys to meet Raimis, and learn his ways of sip n venture.

So today we have Sally Fanjoy joining us, who is a wireless entrepreneur, scuba diver, as well as a spokesperson for ocean pollution and all things sustainability. Sally went to the same college as us, but I met her through instagram and was really fascinated and inspired by her passion for  this world and positive energy she always radiates.

Sally is a recent college graduate currently working remote as a salesperson for sustainable hair and skincare products that stand with her values.  Her work allows her to travel and explore the world, take “job trips” to festivals, road trips, and different beaches, while getting to connect with a group of people who have similar goals and values in life.

Sally believes that living your dreams is nothing extraordinary, and she has some great lessons and advice on taking your matters into your own hands and living a path that’s meant for you, no matter what society tells you to do.
