Our last episode before we change things up, and a touching one of that. We delved into the value of understanding our systems and foundations both internally and externally, in order to achieve consistency in growth. Whilst working presently from a place of need/require will lead us to what we earnestly want/desire. How accepting and working with the ‘worst versions’ of ourselves is the ultimate place to truly transform. To learning to accept, love and nurture ours and each other’s vulnerable selves is the journey we are all inevitably on.
