Joining us for this episode is Siri Lindley. Best known for being the 2001 ITU Triathlon World Champion, and a trainer of several Olympic and Ironman champions, Siri has had a very distinguished athletic career. She also authored a memoir, “Surfacing: From the Depths of Self-Doubt to Winning Big and Living Fearlessly.”

On this episode we get into what inspired Siri to run her first triathlon, and conquering some major insecurities that kept her from achieving her full potential. Siri also talks about the influence of the book “Unlimited Power” by Tony Robbins, and how it sparked the change in her which led to a champion’s mindset. You’ll hear some inspiring, and also very funny stories from Siri, and we really enjoyed her lively presence on the show.
