August 1st is National Girlfriend's Day so what better way to celebrate and share a bit of my "Circle" with you than to introduce you to one of my girlfriends.

This episode is unstructured, it's just my friend and I talking as we typically do except now you get to be  a fly on the wall. We talk about supporting  each other, holding each other accountable, stories of our past and a little bit of everything.
