Sometimes we are overcome by fear. It can cripple us and stop us in our tracks. But God has not given us the spirit of fear but of power love and a sound mind. He's got our backs. It's not his will for us to walk in fear. We must walk by faith and not by sight, trust that God will take care of us.

The bible says to lay aside every weight and sin that so easily beset us. What is weighing you down? Ask God to show you how to let go of the weight. Is is the weight of depression, anxiety, pain, fear, frustration, procrastination, shame etc. Whatever it is, we need to let it all go.

It's time to flip the switch, time for us to stop walking around being oblivious to what's going on. He doesn't want us groping in the dark. He wants us to be enlightened in our hearts, minds and soul.

His word is a lamp unto our feet. We must allow God to Illuminate the dark places in our lives.
