Right now, many are shaking and very concerned.  Some are still very shaken and confused by everything that is taking place.  Some others never even knew what hit them.  However, in the midst of it all, amid this daily chaos, we are here.  No matter what is happening, we cannot take our time for granted.  So every day, we have to learn to be better and do better.  

I command you if you are out there right now saving lives while endangering your own.  This is the ultimate price that anyone can pay and nothing can repay this precious act.  I pray that you stay safe with your family and I wish you well.

Especially during this challenging time, one must stay in gratitude.  Hearing that, so many have always lost a relative, a friend, or even lost their own lives while mining their business or interceding for others in need.  So we all lost someone or know someone who did even if it's not so personally, we are all in pain that we know it or not.  When you look at the news and seeing familiar faces that you might not know but still can relate to, is still a loss as if you knew them because we have similar stories and histories; single, married, divorced, or separated, or widowed; we have similar stories.  Therefore, we are more alike than we will ever know. 

At this challenging and sensitive time, I can only challenge you to stay in gratitude as it is one of the way, if not the only way, to appreciate what is - which you're alive if you're reading this because thousands of others since the beginning of this year won't get to do such.  Therefore, you must remain in gratitude, it's an order.  

Also, we're about to enter a new month, what a great way to start it.  You be safe if you must be out there as an essential worker that it may be at the hospital, rehab or nursing home, daycare, gas station or a food mart, we appreciate you.  Also, this is the last podcast for season 1 (January to March).

It's reported that: China has closed down its last coronavirus hospital. Not enough new cases to support them.   Doctors in India have been successful in treating Coronavirus. Combination of drugs used: Lopinavir, Retonovir, Oseltamivir along with Chlorphenamine. They are going to suggest same medicine, globally.  Researchers of the Erasmus Medical Center claim to have found an antibody against coronavirus.  A 103-year-old Chinese grandmother has made a full recovery from COVID-19 after being treated for 6 days in Wuhan, China.  Apple reopens all 42 china stores.  Cleveland Clinic developed a COVID-19 test that gives results in hours, not days.  Good news from South Korea, where the number of new cases is declining.  Italy is hit hard, experts say, only because they have the oldest population in Europe.  Scientists in Israel likely to announce the development of a coronavirus vaccine.  A network of Canadian scientists are making excellent progress in Covid-19 research.  A San Diego biotech company is developing a Covid-19 vaccine in collaboration with Duke University and National University of Singapore.  Plasma from newly recovered patients from Covid -19 can treat others infected by Covid-19.

So it's not ALL bad news. Let's care for each other and stay focused on safety of those most vulnerable.

A lot of times, we can say nice things about other people, but when it comes to saying "I am" in a nice and positive, and empowered way, we get scared.  We are afraid that people will think, we are too blunt, too raw, too proud.  However, if we are not saying "I am" in a positive way, so we are most likely saying it, in a negative way.  

So learn to be bold and say your "I am" correctly.

Many times, you are about to get what you need but for whatever reason, you get stuck with the past or that your hands are too busy, so you miss out on the opportunity to gain more since you're too afraid to let go.  You got to learn to let go of what's not working, let go of the past and other things that are not working.  Grow with the new things, open up to receive the new things and accept the new things.  Allow yourself to dream a bit.  DOn't fight for what might not be yours.  If there's any doubt, then, it's not for you.  However, whatever that's yours is yours.  No matter where you end up in the world, no matter what you do, no matter what you become; what's yours is for you.  There's no doubt about that.  

What's yours is yours and it's getting closer but you're not getting nearer because you won't open up and take a leap.  A leap of faith, a leap of trust, a leap in receiving what you've been waiting for all along.  So open your mind to receive.

After going through everything that you've been through, you learn.  You get to learn the many lessons that came along the way.  Every day, you get to grow because you learned from your mishap.  Some may need to learn more than once or twice, but eventually, they learn, they have to for there's no other option.  

This is an affirmation that you can use once you know that you're ready to move forward unto love, to share your life with someone.  The issue is that we often think that we need to be with someone, to behave like we are with someone, but the reality is, when you're manifesting the best, you act like you're with the best before the best even arrives.  So attachez vos centures (put on your seatbelts), let's go!

Often times in life, some of us get hurt through the course of looking for love and someone to share our lives with.  Since the ache, we often stop looking and remain into solitary confinement, yet we are not jailed but we chose to cage ourselves like a little bird because we are afraid.  However, have we had the proper idea when we first started, have we had the proper background and support, we would have done better.  

Just like it's never too late to do good, the same goes for, it's never too late to love.  All you got to do is stop, take a break, realize who you are, redefine yourself, take your time, learn and get to know yourself better than you ever did before, focus on moving forward and don't look back no matter what.  You are worth finding good love, and anyone who thinks otherwise does not deserve your friendship.  You made mistakes perhaps, or someone treated you wrong because you didn't know any better, but today you do, so get up, shake it off and get on with life and love.

The question is "are you in your life"?  Many times, we are looking for people to be in our lives whilst we are not even in our lives or we cannot bear to be in our own lives unless we are accompanied by someone else.  The reality is, if you're scared to be in your own life alone, how can someone else be comfortable in your space. If they run away, it's within reason because in reality, you too, are running away from your own self. 

So in this podcast today, we discussed some questions to ask yourself and the potential other.  Also, we talked about some ideas when looking for someone.  Meaning, some ideas about what you want, who you want.  A lot of times, we want what we want but we are not able to verbalize it.
