This girl has the most beautiful soul ever, and not only did she start this amazing page for all mom's Carla also named her daughter the most beautiful name ever. Now to some people her daughter's name maybe head turning but for Carla it was the best name she gave her daughter. Yasss!!!! LOL! Episode 3 was so amazing!! I spoke with the most beautiful women, Esther Regaillard, she is the CEO / Founder of BMR Staffing and Brown Mom Rising. When I say this was the most inspiring episode yet, we talked about everything us women go through everyday,  whether if you're a mom or not we hit some points that will make you want to hurry up and go start that business you've been wanting to start. Not to mention I also had my uncle on here which was the most hilarious moment ever LOL! He was the first male on Sista's Podcast and definitely not the last male that you will hear on the show.
