Distractions are things that get in the way.  They cause delays or diversions to prevent us from achieving our goals.  I have many goals and realize that it's not wise to bite off too much.  Therefore; in the new year  until further notice, Sister Love will be a solo-cast with an occasional guest.  This episode honors SHERO bell hooks, author, professor and activist.   Stick around as I grow and all my endeavors.  Thank you.
