Lois is taking the week to spend more time with family. Her little grand daughter was born on Saturday, August 14th at 28 weeks ad weighing just under 2 lbs. She is strong and passing milestones already. Thank you for your prayers and support for them. God's hand and faithfulness have been so evident!

We chose to air this episode a week early to give her more space with family.

And boy! I (Emily) may be biased, but this week's episode is so good! We had the privilege of interviewing my Granny and I got chills again as I was editing this episode. We covered what it was like for her on the outside looking in as we were part of the toxic, high-control religious environment that I grew up in. She talks about 30 years of praying for us to get out and the importance of faithfulness in prayer, even if you don't see results. So much goodness.

I am sure this episode will be a huge blessing to you and an encouragement to keep going, keep believing, and to keep praying.
