This is a discussion of why riots started after the death of George Floyd. This is not a focus on protests or peaceful protests, but rather, an explanation on why people riot. This is also a discussion of systemic racism, which many don’t understand. This gives reasons why there is not equal opportunity for all, even though there is supposed to be & many believe there is.

I am brand new to podcasting and a work in progress. This is my first recording ever. The murder of George Floyd caused me to deeply ponder my thoughts on racism and how I could vocalize on social media. I started typing and ended up with four pages in Microsoft Word, which I posted on Facebook. Even though I was frank, it’s also filtered to be appropriate for a mass and diverse FB audience. This is the result.
