The body holds all the information we ask it, negaitve and positive. Through the atonement of Christ we can cleanse decaying energy we have stuffed into its memory banks and when we can LOVE it, we can then heal and elevate it! As stewards over our body, how are we doing in treasuring and loving this gift from God? A discussion on our journey of self-love, the atonement of Christ, and what the scriptures teach us about the truth of our bodies. 

Do we need to pay the price of stress, overwhelm or worry in order for things to work out? 

Does idealizing a person or a story really foundational to your testimony? Or is knowing the reality, the mistakes, the hardships, the awkward subjects strengthen your testimony?
