Jeffrey Young started out as a 3-time state champion swimmer at Hersey High School. He went on to have a 4-year D1 swimming career at Penn State, and he has now found his calling in physical therapy.
Jeffery has been my roommate in Pittsburgh for 3 years, and over this time, I’ve frequently compared him to a walking encyclopedia. He could forget more about the human body than I could ever know.
He always has an interesting fact to share, is incredibly invested in his education, and his willingness to learn is unlike any other. He’s headed to High Point University to pursue a doctorate in physical therapy.
Through his athletics and education, Jeffrey has found people often perceive “fitness” as something more challenging than what it needs to be. In this episode, we cover how to simplify fitness and how to start if you’re feeling stuck. It’s been a blast getting to know Jeffrey over the past 3 years. I hope y’all enjoy the show!
