This week on NXT UK, A-Kid defends his Heritage Cup against Tyler Bate while Noam Dar tries to calm Ilja Dragunov down with Lenny the Therapy Dog.

NWA Powerrr saw a battle royal to determine the number one contender for Nick Aldis’ World Championship, as well as Kamille vs. Thunder Rosa with the stipulation that if Rosa loses, she can’t wrestle outside of NWA.

And on AEW Dark: Elevation, Rocky Romero makes his debut and gets a little help from his former Roppongi Vice partner, a spotlight on the Gunn Club, and Ren Narita makes his AEW debut.
