Six Minute Sermons has been so much fun over the past couple of years. I've enjoyed proclaiming the Bible in a short 6-minute format, but I think it's time to take an indefinite break. This may be forever, or just a little while. I may come back to Six Minute Sermons, or I may do another podcast. Who knows. What I know is that I need to organize where I'm at right now so that I can be all that God has called me to be. I hope you continue to grow in the Lord as you seek Him daily.

What is rest biblically? Is there a difference between spiritual rest and physical rest? How do spiritual rest and physical rest relate to one another?
