God assures Joshua of His continued presence, just as He was with Moses, and commands Joshua to be strong, courageous, and obedient to the Law. Let us seek God's presence before prayer, let His Word guide us during prayer, and put His plan into action after prayer.

Let us overcome the roadblocks of material comfort and familiarity so that we do not miss the bottom line of God’s Great Commission: to be a blessing so that all the nations may come to know God.

The right motive is crucial for transformation, as our choices are driven by our intentions. It is vital to distinguish between right and wrong motives in following God. Our motives should reflect Christ-centered behaviour. Let’s examine our hearts. Is your treasure in the world or Christ?

The Lord has given us a new life so we are obliged to walk by the spirit. Invite the Holy Spirit to fall afresh on us. Allow our minds and emotions to be governed by the spirit.
