SJLC Sermons

Thank you for joining us in this years Easter Service. Our Gospel this week is John 20:1-18.

Christ is Risen Alleluia!

This week we are celebrate the installation of our two new Pastor Lori Carter and James Demmel. In Pastor Rhodes sermon we dive into John 12 learning that Judas willfully misinterprets as waste Mary’s extravagant act of anointing Jesus’ feet with costly perfume. Jesus recognizes that her lavish gift is both an expression of love and an anticipation of his burial.

This week Pastor Lori Carter shares with us her very first sermon as a Pastor at St. John's. Pastor Lori continues would lenten walk through the book of Luke.

Pastor James Demmel shares with us his first sermon on staff at St. John's. We continue our journey through Luke this advent season with today's Gospel reading Luke 13:1-9.
