I just purchased the beach house my grandparents sold 17 years ago for my parents. || It's been my goal since I was 18. || The place I spent my childhood holidays & my Mum has wanted back for years. || I happened to be at Himitangi checking out a different house my parents had just purchased. This had gone on the market less than 24 hours ago. Within 5 hours of seeing it I've signed the papers & it will be unconditional next week. || When things like this cross your path, it's the power of attraction. This is what the motherfucking #sjpexp is about. If it's within your means. Don't think too much. Don't worry too much. || You're going to be in the dirt sooner than you think. - Treat it like a pyramid. Figure out your overarching vision. Define the missions (I think you should have 3) that will allow you to achieve this. Then plan the actionable steps that will actually result in an achieved vision.
