The Order of the Violet Dawn meets Thurdah Saleh, leader of an order of librarian nuns fleeing persecution from the Order of the Embrace.  After accepting her in the Skarpur Shoals, the party sets sail for Tabatabai, to meet up with Knock.

On their way to Bakdralin, the Order of the Violet Dawn finds out what Sotiria has been up to, and decides to help her out.
