Warning: In this episode we discuss "dying by suicide" and "taking ones life"
We're back with another rollercoaster of an episode with #TheToeStopShow regular PodStar, Amanda! This time we talk about Amanda's charity rollerskate challenge in aid of skate charities and VetLife - an independent Charity that provides free and confidential support to anyone in the UK veterinary community who has emotional, health or financial problems.
In that section, Amanda talks about losing colleagues who died by taking their own life due to stresses and strains that come with her job in the veterinary community and how her Virtual Inca Trail Skate will hopefully help to raise awareness of the issue. To donate visit http://jgy.cr/VetLifeSk8
We do manage to have quite a few laughs along the way as we also explore work-life balancing, being part of the skate community, using our artistic skills in our skate life, and journaling.
