Thanks, Carleton.

Since we're getting closer or shall I consider that we are getting to know each other, let me share with you some of my pet peeves.
Yes, pet peeves or those things that I can’t help the annoyance it causes me.
Mainly, the nails on a chalkboard. Aghhh! That's extremely unbearable for me.
One of the sites at Penn State stated that humans create these pet peeves from experience or exposure to negative things, or dislikes. Once an experience harms or creates a bad connotation, most individuals store it in their minds as a grievance or pet peeve.
It depends on what kind and how much exposure one has, determining how many things can create this deterring mindset.
We all have them, some more than others, but once they are there, they are there to stay.
Woof. It’s a good thing chalkboards have become obsolete and we are currently using whiteboards and markers.
It's your turn now. Tell me at least 3 pet peeves you have and why do you think of them unbearable.

Yes, it surely is about food.
Gastronomy is the study of food and culture.
We all enjoy our meals if they are scrumptious and we eat them in a comfortable happy environment. As part of our culture, our mealtime should be a time when families have a talk with each other, have a good time with the guests, and educate little kids to have good habits and customs. It is a time when parents can provide the children affection as they persuade them to have a meal.
Aside from these salubrious activities to strengthen one's relationship with family and friends, eating healthy snacks is a good way of improving a diet that may lack or have excessive food energy and nutrients.
However, many people buy meals and snacks from vendors or eat-in bars, restaurants, or hotels; some students receive snacks or a meal at school. While eating out can be a special treat, eating outside the home too often can mean getting too many calories, fat, and salt and not enough fruits, vegetables, and essential nutrients. Unfortunately, we have been enticed by those fast-food services. The nutrient composition of food eaten away is often not of the same quality as food prepared at home.
Now, my challenge for you today is to deliver an impromptu speech that:
Encourage people to choose meals and snacks that provide a mixture of nutrients, especially if they regularly eat away from home.
Warn them not to eat too many fried street foods as these may contain unhealthy fats and increase the risk of overweight.

Almost all of us are thinking of literally leaving a place or beginning a trip - which is the exact meaning of this phrase.
However, this story that I am going to tell you is not my travel blog but the journey life that I embarked on when I veered off my course.
Yes, I veered off course.
I think you already know a little bit about my educational background. Let me jog your memory or let me enlighten you. I graduated with a bachelor's degree in Information Technology that I put into practice working as an Information technology officer in our provincial Capitol. During those years, I felt like I was left behind where my best friends were already accountants, engineers, and uniformed personnel.
That made me decide to veer off course.
I applied for a position as a teacher and was luckily trained for a couple of months. When I was officially hired, I spiced up my teaching skills by taking a professional education course to get my license as a professional teacher.
With the current situation, I can confidently say that I will not veer off anymore and will stay on track in this path that I embarked on.
I'd love to tell you more about my story but it would be great for me to your story too.
What about you?
Instruction:
Record yourself describing how you hit the road or embarked on something where you veered off from one thing to another
Use the words or expressions of the day that are:
That's a wrap. See you around!
You won't believe it.
I can say that this is one of the most memorable weekends I had.
I had this long vigorous walk on trails or footpaths in the mountainous countryside of our province. Yes, I trekked with the team.
It was great walking, talking, singing, and mocking each other while enjoying the time with my good old friends.
What's more interesting is that after that exhausting trail, a scenic falls awaits us.
This falls is roughly 18 kilometers west of the capital town. This waterfall is also considered to be one of the hidden gems of our province.
As mentioned, you will have to do exhausting hiking first before reaching the destination. If you’re an experienced hiker, you will find the trek easy-peasy because of the bamboo guardrails that will assist you in the ascent or descent. The said falls is approximately 20 to 25 feet tall with water as cold as ice.
I am elated that I had another check on my bucket list.
What about you?
Instruction:
Record yourself describing your Bucket list
OR at least your plans you want to put.

Yes, it's Friday again.
As we talked about planning that you’ve made a habit, this transforms your long-term goals into doable tasks. You are set for more productive days that build to more meaningful weeks, months, and years.
Just be cautious not to let your whole process run on autopilot. Take some time to constantly review whether your techniques to daily planning are helping you achieve more. Perhaps a weekly review would be great to consider whether your planning process is working or could be tweaked to be more effective.
So, I want you to consider these questions:
Instruction:
Record yourself describing your FRIDAY and the whole week.
Use the words of the day that are:
That's a wrap. See you around!
Last time, I told you that I have already started working out again due to my weekend experience.
For that reason, I planned to put it into a habit.
Almost all of us surely do understand the importance of planning and preparation. Imagine your favorite football match, without a game plan, will terribly lead to fumbling on the field which is going to be chaotic.
Despite being aware of these pieces of information, we usually disregard to prioritize the power of planning where it matters most. Just like when getting started in the morning with my routine. Without a clear plan, procrastination and comfort zone exacerbate the situation for me to fail.
So, these small habits we do, the tasks we complete, and the things we prioritize are the recipes for success or failure.
To tell you the truth, there were days that I have no intentions or any purposes, which I end up missing my goals and wondering where all the time went.
Ironically, sometimes you have to realize or experience one thing remarkably before you try to act on it.
How about you?
What are your plans for today?
Instruction:
Record yourself describing your PLAN FOR THE DAY
Use the word of the day that is:
Exacerbate (a verb) - make (a problem/bad situation/negative vibe) worse
