Her career includes product leadership roles at LinkedIn Learning, Degreed, Wiley, and D2L, where she pioneered innovative approaches to corporate learning and skills development.

Koreen is the author of "Building the Skills-Based Organization: A Blueprint for Transformation" (September 2025) and "Immersive Learning".
