I met Irina about 8 years ago in Strasbourg. She was 27, a passionate Design student who recently gave up everything to follow her dream. Dr. Puranam is the Roland Berger Chaired Professor of Strategy and Organisational Design at INSEAD. His research in organizational science focuses on how organizations work, and how we can make them work better.
