In this podcast we catch up on two weeks worth of what has been bothering us most about dieting, and we soon realise we are not the ones with all the answers, but wouldn't mind talking to someone who has it all figured out. 

We talk about falling off the diet wagon into a pan full of brownies, why Instagram lies to us about dessert and the fateful return to Slimming World. There's some strong language, but showing unobtainable biscuits to us on social media will encourage swearing.

We are two friends, sharing our opinions and experiences during the never ending journey of our weight-losses and gains. We are typical women with a PhD in sarcasm, though it's often aimed at our own insecurities. 

In our first podcast we introduce ourselves and try get to the heart of why we are desperately trying to complete our "journey" and ask ourselves "are we skinny yet?".
