"As A Man Thinketh" by author James Allen was published in 1903 and is arguably one of the first "Self-Help" type books. His message though, the power of your thoughts and your thoughts make your reality, in my opinion, is still and maybe even more so, relevant. Yes, the language is of that time (when he uses "man" I know he means "mankind" not just men"). I recently reintroduced myself to its' words and with the help of http://www.gutenberg.org/ it is public domain and free to read share and podcast it! I know for me, it's easier to listen to a book such as this so I hope that you will get some benefit from my reading! This is part 1 of a 2 part series.
