Andy went skydiving!

Basically, starting a business is like going skydiving for the first time. Sometimes you need a mentor in order to have that push to get you out of the comfort zone with the tools for success to keep you from plummeting to your death! (probably an exaggeration!)

Those who have jumped before have a confidence and enjoy the experience as well as being able to teach others how to do it.
