Skyline Chili is a popular regional cuisine from Cincinnati, Ohio. It's known for its unique preparation and serving style, and it's served at -- you guessed it -- a restaurant called Skyline Chili. It has become a midwestern family favorite, and it's sometimes also called a hot dish or Cincinnati Chili or even Chili Mac.
