This episode goes in depth in the night sky near lots of good stuff near the big dipper and sky lore from the Cree Indians and the Greek. A brand new galaxy way out near the Big Dipper from Earth but actually way beyond this. The Juno Space probe checks out Io the most volcanic world in the solar system! Apollo astronauts celebrate the space program!

This Observatory complex is near a bird estuary (lake, fed by a stream) where there were Pelicans, maybe a avocet and many other migrating birds on the beautiful water in late afternoon into the dusk with some interestingly shaped cloud formations and blue skies. This complex has 4 incredible deep space telescopes and the very helpful astronomers from the Salt Lake Astronomical Society man and maintain these with public star parties every other week through May and the summer. Beautiful Blue Star Formalhaut has dust rings and an asteroid belt! We also check out more sun eruptions sending more Auroras on our way and toying with short wave radio wave, Ice Water discovered on The Martian North Pole in a deep crater! And a Chinese myth of 10 suns in the sky! We also look around the beautiful May skies!

We check out Delta Scorpi a cool little double star blinking in the claws of Scorpio on the southern horizon and visit The moons of Saturn and its 6th largest one known as Eceladus and we hear from amazing Poet Margaret Pettis!

The Lyrids kick in with streaking meteors across the sky, and we go to Mars for an update of some great exploration by the rover and the helicopter and an upcoming trip teaming up the Japanese Space Agency with NASA to go to the Moons of Mars! Also the Crocodile in the sky!
