November 28, 2022 Angel Law: HIGHLY EXPLICIT CONTENT WARNING: Is A Dead Body Enough And Why Judges Should Be Disqualified
Slam the Gavel welcomes Angel Law back on the podcast. She was last on Season 3, Episodes 107 and 146. Angel brought us the disturbing and sad news regarding the incident in Orange County, California of a mother, Terra Schlinger, age 37, who was found dead at her home on the 27th of November, 2022.
Prior to her death, in September 19th, 2022 she was in court with her ex where a recording full of foul language and credible threats against two people was played before Judge Lee L. Gabriel, and is on public record. A Temporary Restraining Order was granted against the father. The DA was never notified. So the judge gave custody of the children to the father....The next court date would have been December the 6th, 2022.
There is no jurisdiction for a family court judge to do anything here. Gross negligence, obstructed justice when you have somebody threatening two people's lives, and presented with that evidence you have the duty to give this to the proper jurisdiction, the executive branch. The bailiff also failed to act on a credible threat....
Why we should disqualify judges... Angel gave instructions on how to file the complaint, go through the Judicial Canons and cite the judge's demeanor, conduct and exhibits.
This is not a gender issue. There are good Fathers and Mothers losing custody every day to Personality Disorders that judges can identify with. CONSIDER CAMERAS IN THE COURT AND END JUDICIAL IMMUNITY.
Stay out of the court at all costs or you will lose EVERYTHING.

This episode is dedicated to the LOVING MEMORY of a MOTHER who lost her life far too soon due to a judge's NEGLIGENCE.

November 26, 2022 Amy Palacios and Lisa Speak Out: 911 CALL FOR JUSTICE, Exposure is NOW
Slam the Gavel welcomes Amy Palacios last on the podcast Season 3, Episode 147. She is a Mother of six children and her friend Lisa from Oklahoma. In Amy's case there are two ex-husbands fighting in court with the SAME lawyer, Attorney Jay White to perpetuate 14 years of corruption. Her first ex-husband paid the second ex-husband $50,000.00 to be a false witness against her. Her case started in Mecklenburg County and has now moved to Cabarrus County, NC. Now both ex's along with an attorney, Jay White want to extort monies from Amy or put her in jail days before Christmas.
Lisa is in Oklahoma and was seeing her child every other week until false allegation of mental abuse without evidence nor child psychologist witness and her 9 year old was taken away from her and given to known child-and-pets-abuser exhusband, followed by an inflated child-support order on an income that no longer exist that was 2+ years ago ignoring all current accountant records, while her ex underreported his income. She also has evidence of abuse, but the judge and Guardian Ad Litem refuse to look at it. CPS became involved with fathers’s ongoing child abuse of physical mental emotional abuses, medical neglect, dental neglect, school neglect, they don’t focus on that ignored all evidence and child psychologists affidavit school teacher school director affidavits and child’s personal diary, but focused on false accusations of failure to protect in 2020 and a year later end of 2021 CPS falsely a accused mother with mental abuse again with no proof and no expert witness other than incompetent/corrupt GAL calling himself expert. None of this was true.
We discussed that there is a trend where older men are going after younger professional women and using them as, "their retirement fund." The Family Courts are destroying children and taking them away from a fit parent to give to the abuser without looking at ANY evidence. It's simply disregarded. Family Court is creating not only disabilities but personality disorders in our children. These mothers are being called mentally unstable in order to take the children away as well, yet expect them to pay exorbitant amounts in child support and inflating child support orders. The court can't have it both ways. They can't call a parent mentally ill and then expect child support out of them. More to follow.

November 25, 2022 Cass Clement's Speaks Out On What's Really Going On In Madison County, IL And The Judicial Hell Hole
Slam the Gavel welcomes Cass Clements to the podcast. She is a politically nonpartisan volunteer non-lawyer advocate, raising public awareness on innocence issues and court corruption. Her primary focus is on Illinois and the Metro East area of ST. Louis. Now retired, Cass's working background includes Armored Car Courier, Electronic Enginerring Technician and Boeing Assembly Mechanic.
We talked about how both the former Madison County IL State's Attorney's Office and a defendant were defrauded by a corrupt local Public official in a Madison County family civil case# 1995F 001665. Also, the failure of the former Madison County IL State's Attorney's Office to catch or prosecute this fraud enabled and embolden this same corrupt local Public official to commit other fraudulent acts.
Cass's verifiable evidence of the fraud in civil case #1995F 001665 was raised in a separate re-opened case within Madison County under #2008-D 000314 and ignored by the Madison County Court.
Cass wonders how legally approved subpoenaed evidence sought after by Judge Foster (formerly assigned to Madison County case #2008-D 000314) was then suppressed by the following newly assigned appointed Judge Ronald S. Motil and covered-up an affair committed by the previously mentioned corrupt local Public official.
She also explained the current covid court rules prevented key witnesses from entering the court building and testifying at a prior court hearing in Madison County Case #2008-D 000314 . This fact prevented her friend, Paul Price from proving a portion of his claims with their witness testimony, contributing to his case being dismissed by the court.
The court system in Madison County, IL picks and chooses which IL Statutes and Supreme Court rules they wish to either follow or ignore when it suits them and how key evidence that is suppose to be in the Madison County, IL State's Attorney's Office possession goes conveniently missing when it points directly to innocence.
They're are102 State's Attorneys in Illinois with zero prosecutions of public corruption in the state by these State's Attorneys, with nearly all cases being usually brought by Feds.

November 23, 2022 Connie Reguli Discusses Updates On Her Case And A Critical Review Of The Damage To Families In The Court System
Slam the Gavel welcomes back Attorney Connie Reguli. Attorney Reguli was last on the show Season #2, Episode #98 and Season #3, Episode 63 and Season #3, Episode 70, Season #3, Episode 77, Season #3 Episode, 89.
Attorney Reguli has been an attorney for 27 years. She has been a valiant warrior and attorney, now stirring the pot in so far that they have come after her with more criminal charges for defending a client and since then the state has made a new indictment of Aggravated Perjury. This was brought against Attorney Reguli on August 12, 2022.
Connie discussed that her case is in appeal. They are intimidated and threatened by her speaking out since 2010. They had criminalized her as she was running for judge which led to changing the judge changing the law to make a felony that was not a felony and that case is in appeal at present. They want to discredit her voice as they are intimidated by her speaking out since 2010. Aggravated perjury and the new charges come up and fighting that, and Connie has asked the courts to hold off so she can get through several appeals which there is some issues with materiality that the DA has not addressed.
Connie is an activist, reformer and warrior and will not stop standing up for those child welfare reform and family court and she will not stop sharing that information.
Family Forward Project on social media to share new stories that are now beginning to pop up everywhere such as 1,000 children missing in Missouri. She also has familyforwardfoundation.com. She and 14 people went to Washington, DC to learn to lobby and be a citizen activist. This was the forum to do that and speak with Freedom Works and also were able to speak to the top legal advisors in Congress about funding problems. They learned that CPTA is up for re-authorization (money for foster care). However, it has been stricken and re-written for family advocacy and to reduce the removals. Connie is also planning a trip for February/March.
So much to learn from this podcast as children, our future, are treated as "cash cows" for foster care and adoptions and once out of foster care, when they have their own families, they are continuously haunted not only by CPS but again, foster care.

November 22, 2022 Predrag Tosic Speaks Out About His Case, Bias, Domestic Violence And The Abuse Of Title IV-D
Slam the Gavel welcomes Predrag Tosic, Pro Se Litigant to the podcast. Another victim of the corrupt family court system, Predrag has been denied justice at every turn.
Filing complaints against the Guardian Ad Litem and Domestic Violence Evaluator have gone un-noticed. He is now a Non-Custodial parent and his time with his child is minimal. Predrag has filed for an appeal in December 2021 and was told by a former appellate judge in Washington State, that the appeal will take longer, perhaps a year so now his child will be entering the first grade.
Even his complaint against the trial judge, King County Superior Court Judge Sean O'Donnell was just ruled by the Washington CJC. However, they claim that Predrag hasn't proven anything even though he has submitted 500 pages of evidence, not counting the trial transcripts. The case was dismissed.
We discussed the Domestic Violence laws in the state of WA, standards and roles of Predrag's "experts." DV in Washington has a long history of gender-based discrimination. The Guardian Ad Litems are another trap as they make up the case as they go along. Family Courts are Kangaroo Courts at best. Predrag also gave excellent advice to anyone married to or getting a divorce from a Personality Disorder. A podcast not to be missed.

November 22, 2022 Marineka Bowman And Nick Giles Discuss Kangaroo Courts And What Really Is IIED
Slam the Gavel welcomes back Marineka Bowman and Nick Giles to the podcast. They were last on Season 3, Episode 159. We discussed several topics including the definition of a Kangaroo Court as well as what Family Court puts families through, using them as pawns for money, traumatizing children.
Also discussed was the subject of IIED. Intentional Infliction of Emotional Distress. This is a civil tort from common law and is a gap filler tort. IIED is an acronym for Intentional Infliction of Emotional Distress sometimes called tort of outrage. There is also what is called negligent infliction of emotional distress or NIED. Sometimes emotional distress is caused unintentionally which is still at best negligence and should be held accountable.
Since IIED is a filler tort meaning it fills the gaps of other laws and claims. Some examples are defamation, psychological abuse/Parental Alienation, frivolous lawsuits, malicious prosecution and negligent misrepresentation. Intentional infliction of emotional distress (IIED) generally involves some kind of conduct that is so terrible that it causes severe emotional trauma to the victim. In such cases, the victim can recover damages from the person causing the emotional distress. Courts are more likely to allow recovery when the emotional distress is accompanied by some form of physical injury resulting from the defendant's conduct.
Marineka remains strong in her stance of not engaging with the court system. Nick Giles was excellent in explaining IIED and the dysfunctional court system.

November 21, 2022 Marineka Bowman And Nick Giles Discuss The Collusion In Her Case And What Intentional Infliction Of Emotional Distress Entails
Slam the Gavel welcomes new guest, Marineka Bowman last on the podcast Season #3, Episode #104. Nick Giles is on the podcast accompanying her. On this update, Marineka tells viewers that a psychologist that is making breeches in confidentiality, is seeing only her daughter without Marineka or her father involved. The psychologist then reports back to the father and his attorney that the child has no interest in seeing her mother. Marineka knows she can't get a 'fair shake' in this Kangaroo Court with Judge Natalie Haskins as Haskins has a long track record for handling Marineka's divorce and all courtroom appearances. Nick Giles read off Marineka's last motion and response to the court which proved to be very interesting. Marineka is questioning the court's vindictiveness toward her and the relationship she has had with her daughter as the judge will not look at evidence.
BACKGROUND: Marineka is a wonderful Mother of a five year old daughter. Mother explained that her ex-husband left the house when their daughter was only two months old. However, she did not go to the courts looking for child support as she tried to work it out with him. There was barely a response.
Now, when her daughter was a happy three year old, the father came back into their lives and went before the courts saying that he wanted to only see his daughter two hours a week. Judge Natalie Haskins made a comment that, 'it would make it harder for you in the future to get full custody if you do this.' But there really was no problem in obtaining custody for the father.
At present time, the Father has complete custody and when Marineka does see her daughter on a scheduled basis, her child's head is shaved as we'll as an eyebrow. There are alleged reports on child sexual abuse that have gone unnoticed from DFS (CPS). The school system is doing nothing to help her, even though they are mandated reporters.

November 20, 2022 Attorney Brian Ludmer And Lynn Steinberg, Ph.D., Speak 0ut On What Really Goes On In A Reunification Therapy And The Affects Of Parental Alienation On Children
Slam the Gavel welcomes Attorney Brian Ludmer and Lynn Steinberg, Ph.D. to the podcast. Attorney Brian Ludmer is a Canadian attorney whose practice focuses on cases involving high-conflict custody battles, denial of parenting time and Parental Alienation, as well as high net-worth financial disputes. He is also a business and securities law attorney with over 35 years of experience. Attorney Ludmer's book, "The High Conflict Custody Battle," which he co-wrote with Dr. Amy Baker and Dr. Michael Bone in 2015, is a resource that has been of assistance to countless families. Attorney Ludmer has spoken about Parental Alienation world-wide.
Lynn Steinberg, Ph.D. has worked with families and provides a four day reunification therapy. She has also written the book, "You're Not Crazy: Overcoming Parent/Child Alienation." Dr. Steinberg is an expert in Parental Alienation for eleven years and and an Expert Witness in Parental Alienation.
We discussed the recent spectacle of a video of children being allegedly forced against their will to a "reunification camp," and the outlandish and unsupportable comments by "One's Mom Battle" and "Center For Judicial Excellence," regarding family court and Parental Alienation.
A therapeutic reunification program, where the alienated parent and child meet from 10:00am to 4:00 pm, helps with getting the alienated parent and child to talk to one another to discuss their differences as well as past memories. At the end of the four days they leave reunited with that parent. There is a high success rate with this intervention.
The judge had ordered that the father bring the children to the courthouse, however he did not do this. Assisted Interventions went to the house to get the kids and physically picked them up and put them in the car to go to Dr. Steinberg's office. The father had orchestrated a scenario that created havoc for not only the children but the school and neighborhood.
The four days had gone extremely well for the mother and children, but the two "hate" groups came in to play, calling Dr. Steinberg's reunification therapy a "Concentration Camp." An Anti-Semetic slur at best by individuals that aren't even educated in the realm of Parental Alienation.
Why weren't these children simply directed by their father? This could have gone smoothly. When children behave in this manner, this doesn't come naturally and apparently they were clearly put up to it, Attorney Ludmer states. Attorney Ludmer discussed that reunification therapy is extremely helpful to families as children need both parents, provided there is no abuse, and the children can see both sides of their family and generations will thrive and not be ruined and remain dysfunctional by the alienating parent.
There are two sides to a coin. To just observe a video with comments by individuals who aren't educated in the dynamics of Parental Alienation as well as the case, should just keep the unprofessional comments to themselves and not egg on teenagers making uneducated comments on TikTok.

November 20, 2022 Keisha Daniel Gives Updates On Her Court Date Of 11-15-2022 And The Fairness Of The Judge
Slam the Gavel welcomes Keisha Daniel back to the podcast. Keisha was last on the podcast November 6th, 2022, Season 3, Episode 148. Keisha has been going through unspeakable crimes in Birmingham, Alabama.
It all started when she was threatened with incarceration by Magistrate A. Teele while getting fingerprints done for her job while at the courthouse. Keisha did not keep quiet about this harassment. This is the story nightmares are made of.
The magistrate threatened her and drove her to the precinct to have her booked and then drove her back to the courthouse and it was in the car he assaulted her. Keisha then spent 131 days incarcerated and kept away from her seven year-old daughter. While imprisoned, at Birmingham City Jail, Keisha was then assaulted by officers, denied medical care afterward along with keeping her sleep deprived. However, her one sister helped her get out of prison and has been helping her since.
Keisha now gave updates to her court date that took place November 15, 2022. She explained that DHR (CPS), immediately wanted to close the case and leave her baby with the other party. Mother only sees her daughter FOUR HOURS a MONTH. The judge, Judge Summers, handled this case extremely fairly as he now wants Keisha to present her evidence. The next court date is January 24th, 2023.
Keisha states she is writing three books about her experience of being jailed and others trying to label her as "crazy." However, now the judge wants to listen and this is a tremendous ray of hope, not only for Keisha but others as well.
