March 23, 2022 Advocate Sarah Leyva Pike Speaks Out On TikTok @savejoshandsammie And Child Trafficking
Slam the Gavel welcomes Sarah Leyva Pike to the show. Sarah spoke about her sons, Joshua & Samuel Leyva as they were forcefully removed from their home in Virginia through a perjurious "no-knock-warrant" carried out by the Sheriff’s Department.
Since November 2015, their Mother, Sarah Leyva Pike had maintained a Non-Revocable Court Order which protected rightful Virginia jurisdiction and custody of both children. Tarrant County judiciary unlawfully took jurisdiction, in addition to leaning into bias, and committing aggravated perjury, child kidnapping, and child trafficking across state lines.
However, since they were removed, Josh & Sammie have been prevented from every mode of contact with their Mother. For over two years Sarah has received zero evidence of their wellbeing. Tarrant County judiciary have continued to deny both Sarah and her children of their most basic Constitutional rights whilst continuing to target Sarah with multiple hearings without representation or ability to be present.
The result of which has led herto being labeled a “vexatious” litigant, and fined over $20,000 in legal fees to the opposing party and a Habeas Corpus (civil warrant) with to her knowledge contains 39 violations; requesting 6 consecutive months imprisonment for each violation; where she would not be provided a jury due to "non-criminal". Sarah is not looking for justice, she just want to hug her children, know where they are and know they are safe.

Slam the Gavel welcomes Attorney Amy Cosentino and James Schoch on to the show. Attorney Amy Cosentino is a member of the Florida Bar in good standing. She is also a member of the Palm Beach County Bar Association, a member of the Family Law Section of the Florida Bar. Ms. Cosentino also participated in the Lawyers for Literacy Program for the Palm Beach County Bar Association, is past-President of the Palm Beach Nova Law Alumni Chapter, a mentor for Women of Tomorrow from 2009 - 2016, and is a published legal author for lawyers in Florida as she co-authored an article for the December 2007 and solely authored for the September 2013 Florida Bar Journal. Ms. Cosentino is also published and co-edited in “The Commentator” a source for Florida family law attorneys and has spoken both at C.L.E’s and other venues on domestic violence. Ms. Cosentino prides herself as a leader and speaker in domestic violence and a court appointed Attorney Ad Litem. Ms. Cosentino served on the Legislative Committee in 2013 and 2014 and assisted and moderated the first all day Florida Family Law seminar in Domestic Violence in October of 2013.

March 19, 2022 Teri Yaki Cahoon Discusses How The Family Court System Affects The LGBTQ Community
Slam the Gavel welcomes Teri "Yaki" Cahoon to the show. She is a volunteer teacher and relief worker, Air Force veteran, a foster parent, an adoptive homeschooling Mum, and biological mother after having multiple child losses (biological, adoptive, and foster).
Teri "married" someone of same sex before the supreme court ruling which retroactively put her name on my daughter's birth certificate. She thought I was living a dream until the other party tricked her into signing a document that now allowed her sell the house, move out of state, and demand that Teri follow with the children.
Two months later Teri found herself locked out of her home. Teri began reaching out for my children who were forced into the apartment building by people who posed as "friends". Her oldest adopted son was used to slander Teri in two main court cases that began a journey for her to fight for her own biological daughter and her closest-in-age adopted brother across 3 states in 4 households within 5 years.
Teri discussed how legalizing gay marriage invited a whole new level of marketing children and how Lesbians are at risk of being first world sex slaves. The national crisis of judicial abuse is can be a gender issue, as well as income issues, race issue, preferential/opinion issue. However, none of it is legal. Survivors must stop segregating over these reasons why and start uniting to end immunity without attorney or jury. An antiquated, monarchical system is not democratic.
Survivors of domestic violence by proxy are organizing. We are growing and advocating against parental deprivation/alienation. Accusations are a weapon of mass destruction. The ADA, the constitution, even the Bible cannot protect us from slander. Teri states that our mental health is crucial, and we must be dedicated to surviving and healing as a full-time job. Our parenthood is not contingent on our children's presence, neither is our mental health. Teri encourages parents to stop sitting in your own TRAUMA and start living in your HEALING.

There is no accountability and the child sexual abuse is the issue as predators go where there is prey. She has counseled many victims and explained that this is a generational pattern and that trafficking is not new. There are many child sexual abuse victims who never heal, don't get help or can't get help.

March 14, 2022 Sam Sugar, M.D. Speaks Out On The Beginning, The Middle And The End Of Abusive Guardianships
Slam the Gavel welcomes Dr. Sam Sugar to the show. He is a medical doctor and a founder and president of Americans Against Abusive Probate Guardianship. This is an organization designed to help expose the corruption of this nation's guardianship systems.
Dr. Sugar received his M.D. from the Abraham Lincoln College of Medicine at the University of Illinois, Chicago. He also achieved certification as a specialist in internal medicine from the American Board of Internal Medicine and was distinguished as a fellow of the American College of Physicians.
He has served as the director for managed care at Evanston/Northwestern Healthcare. Dr. Sugar has also taught at both Northwestern University's Feinberg School of Medicine and the Chicago Medical School.
In 2014, after experiencing the horrors of guardianship firsthand, Dr. Sugar teamed up to create the Americans Against Abusive Probate Guardianship.
Currently, Dr. Sugar lives in Hollywood, Florida with his wife Judy.
Dr. Sugar was explaining that the public is naive to the fact that Guardianships are hidden from public view and that the public needs to understand how serious this actually is. Between 90% of all American families consider themselves dysfunctional, so dysfunctional parents produce dysfunctional children and this is known as intergeneration dysfunction and disgruntled siblings find themselves financial targets when they don't know what to do with an elderly parent's financial and medical issues.
This is a very complex dynamic not recognized by the court system. Perhaps they are unaware of it or intentionally ignoring the issues related to Guardianships. We discussed "Epigenetics." The stresses on families and individuals who have taken care of an elderly parent and find themselves and their loved one destroyed by these Guardianships.
Profit is what drives the abuse across the country known as professional Guardianships. Guardianships cannot be fixed, but possibly re-imagined. As a society, we need to take a serious look at how we handle infirmities in the elderly, disabled and handicapped and how we can do better as a country intaking care of people that need help.

March 14, 2022 Monica Griego Updates Us With Her Ongoing CYFD Case, Her Children And Helpful Meditations
Slam the Gavel welcomes back Monica Griego from New Mexico back to the show. Monica was last on the show January 8, 2022, Season 3, Episode #2. Providing us with new updates to her case, Monica discussed Constitutional Rights and encouraged parents to push for their Parental Rights, and to go to parentalrights.org for information . Monica asks for parents to do this for their children. Monica states that in the future, once our children have grown up, will not be "nice" to America or other countries because of what CPS/Foster Care has done to their Mothers, Fathers, Grandparents and extended family.
We discussed Monica's case and how her girls are still on trial home visits with Dad. However, the girls show up for visits with their mother not bathed, hungry and tired, and unkempt. However, Monica has a new Supervisor. Monica was able to attend her daughter's optometrist appointment. Her daughter will do anything to come back home and she is more focused on herself. Monica had brought her daughters snacks that day as well. Her daughter whispered to her mother, "your attorney is an idiot," and continued to state, "she is on Daddy's side." Monica is unable to obtain her own case file, which is her right to have.
Monica talked about how Parental Alienation is continuing more so in her one daughter. This is concerning for Monica and did give parents advice. She told parents not to agree to a safety plan and don't sign one. Monica explained the, "Unconscionable Contract" and that it is a one-sided contract and that a person can't get out of it legally either.
Monica also talked about relaxation techniques. She recommended Access Consciousness and how it helps with experiences with past/present trauma and that janicebiondo.com can help parents find resources in their states for Access Consciousness. She also recommended the App, ACIM and how that helps with meditation.

March 08, 2022 Ben Tomes, Author And MMA Coach, Speaks Out On Taking On Family Court In An MMA Cage: Waging A Literal Fight For His Daughter
Slam the Gavel welcomes Ben Tomes to the show. He is an award-winning wrestling and mixed martial arts coach as well as an author of the Confessions of the Unmedicated Mind series and an alienated parent.
At age 49, he recently made the 2nd oldest debut MMA fight ever as part of an upcoming book and documentary about parental alienation entitled Proxy War. Ben discussed his time in Family Court along with a Guardian Ad Litem who did not function appropriately in her job capacity. The Family Court battle is decided before it get started.
Ben explained that the alienation began even before his daughter was born and the groundwork was laid long before he and his future wife had married. There were consistent patterns. It seems that Empaths find themselves to be intercepted by Narcissists and BiPolar Personality Disorders. There is hidden trauma in families who then cover it up and it perpetuates into Parental Alienation and this evolves, manifesting itself as a child grows up.
We discussed how to deal with the Narcissist behaviors and how judges and attorneys seem to have the same traits.
There was symbolism relating to the goings on in family court and fighting in an MMA fight. Ben talked about his family dynamics and how parental alienation manifested itself in his youngest. The divorce/family court industry works with the same incestuous spinning wheel with no justice in sight as the rabbit holes reach deep. Parents find themselves railroaded as their case ends up hijacked by money-hungry attorneys, GAL's and caseworkers.
But there are other ways to approach the system in another manner albeit a humorous one.

Slam the Gavel welcomes back Elaine Mickman, Author of, "Court Gate...The Court$ Divorced From The Law," available FREE in eBook this Saturday March 12th, 2022. Elaine was last on the show on Season 3, Episode 20.
Elaine discussed how the courts are completely eroded, no ruling by law, no following the Constitution, bias and collusion. The court officials violate the 6th Amendment every day.
IOLTA (Interest On Lawyer Trust Accounts) was discussed in-depth and how it is used for a "slush fund." Elaine explained how most lawyers have IOLTA and this has tax-free benefits.
Elaine discussed the judicial abuse of power and the violation of the 6th Amendment. There is more that the public does not know about. There are bigger problems than most know about. The public has lost all confidence in the judges. Judge shopping is another issue, another instance is a judge of the same level cannot over rule a previous order, over-riding jurisdiction of the previous judge, yet it happens.
Malfeasance and nonfeasance were discussed in depth. The Judicial Conduct Board is comprised of sitting judges, attorneys and lay people. They dismiss 99% of cases as" frivolous."
There is a bill in Pennsylvania that must be amended and addressed by the public. PA bill 1909 introduced by the Legislators seeking reform to expand the Judicial Conduct Board from 12 members to 18 members. Expanding this would only expand the network of the connections of corruption. What needs to be done is that the JCB must be completely independent of the system. The proposed bill obstructs the public from getting their complaints fairly considered and reviewed.

March 06, 2022 Amy Gedeon Speaks Out On Being To Hell And Back With CPS And Guardianships
Slam the Gavel welcomes Amy Gedeon to the show to discuss her difficulties with CPS interference and a guardianship involving her now 19 year-old daughter.
Amy came to NC from Florida escaping Hurricane Irma on September 10th, 2017. While in NC, Amy bought a home in the country awaiting her house to be rebuilt in Florida.
While living in the house, Amy noticed a problem with mice as a neighbor also complained of the mice. After losing her job and going through a divorce, Amy began working 7days a week while raising 2 daughters, one with special needs.
However, on August 20th, 2019, CPS came to Amy's doorstep, questioning the issue with the mice. They told Amy that her girls could not stay in the house while Animal Control shows up and takes away the family pets but would return them after a vet check. The pets were never returned.
The next day, CPS called Amy to tell her she would never see her children again and went ahead and enrolled the girls in a school one hour in the opposite direction. CPS also paid their psychologist $1,000.00 to say Amy had a BiPolar mental health issue and was too sick to care for her kids.
Amy did get her own psychological evaluation stating that she did not have a BiPolar mental health condition and she was not sick and could take care of her own children. As she went to court she was ordered to have a psychological evaluation which also stated that there were NO concerns about Amy's mental health. Seeing a therapist for the last 32 months, Amy's therapist stated she was not mentally ill and should have her kids back.
Amy's concern is to get her children back and to get her 19 year-old daughter out of a guardianship where they have moved her 7 times to unlicensed homes/institutions. In the institution, they had began medicating her on December 4th, 2020 with Haldol and Luvox as well as stopping her menstrual cycle with the Depo shot. Her daughter has now been sedated 24/7 for the last 15 months. She also is showing signs of mouth tics, crippling of the hands/fingers, a skin pallor of yellow/green and weighing 120lbs. at 5'7" and now completely non-verbal.
The current appeal in Raleigh shows Amy was fit and cooperative but also has been denied her seeing her youngest daughter for the past 32 months with no visitation with is against the law in NC.
