Dyanna has studied the Constitution and Bill of Rights for 20+ years, as an author and playwright, writing two stage plays regarding the First and Second amendments. Dyanna found it eye opening to see just how far the current judiciary has strayed from the original intent of our framers and how very few Americans have access to justice and an impartial judiciary.
     As a single woman, and Pro Se litigant, she has now spent over a decade trying to battle an ever growing group of mostly privileged white males, made up of New York state judges, lawyers and law enforcement, who have been shielded by numerous state and federal agencies, including the FBI, DOJ, OIG, and Courts, which now includes the Second Circuit Court of Appeals, as well as the Federal District Court of Northern New York, The Supreme Court of NY, Appellate Division, Fourth Department, Jefferson County Surrogates Court, and also the NY state AG's office, DANY and the Nassau County District Attorney's office, all in an ongoing effort to shield two judges, two lawyers and law enforcement from culpability.
    After being DOUBLE-CROSSED by every attorney she hired, Dyanna was forced to represent herself as a pro Se litigant, initially in NDNY, and subsequently in the Second Circuit Court of Appeals, battling a group of Wall Street professional liability lawyers and regional law firms, because every time she recounted the scores of civil and criminal violations she had been subjected to by this group of defendants to well-known civil rights law firms, they denied representation for fear of disbarment, if they were to go against a group of corrupt judges and lawyers. It is estimated that there are currently over two million US citizens forced to represent themselves as Pro Se litigants, in the corrupt network of courts.
     That is the rule of law that is available to the AVERAGE American citizen and thousands of others are SUFFERING this same fate at the hands of our state and federal court systems, the legal profession, law enforcement and federal agencies, along with our politicians, who are turning a blind eye to the CORRUPTION that they all know exists. Until sweeping LEGISLATION is passed to CORRECT these INJUSTICES, there will be no "rule of law," in the United States of America. It is only the RICH, FAMOUS or those who are, "in the news," that might actually REALIZE some FORM of JUSTICE.

     Great discussion regarding feelings and emotions that lead up to the holidays. We get distracted by our own expectations. We can be innocently neglectful towards our own needs. Does Christmas and family have to look a certain way?  No. We have intergenerational trauma.
     It's time to take your power back because you get to have a say in this story when other things that are uncontrollable are happening in your life. It's okay to check in with yourself to see what YOU need. It's physically exhausting to metabolize stress chronically and that is why we are all in a state of survival mode. Finding distractions for ourselves, go for a walk, listen to certain music; you have that choice. "I will not continue to harm myself further by neglecting my own needs," Laurie explains. This is the act of rebellion. 
     "Chronic illness does have a say in the level of relationship in the world that day : ability, fatigue but it doesn't have a say in our ability to internally keep and maintain our own wellness," Laurie states.

   Slam the Gavel welcomes back guest Tim Goldich to the podcast. Tim was last on Season 5, Episode: 24 and  Season 4, Episodes: 149, 120,  80, 58 and 32. We last talked about the Comparing and Contrasting Misogyny v. Misandry and The Discussion of Fundamental Dualities.
     Today we discussed how girls mature faster than boys and the biological reasoning for that involving the Early Hominin going back to 2 to 4 million years ago. We talked about group survival and females being the limiting factor in reproduction, keeping the species alive. This placed a great deal of power within the innate female. This creates Gynocentrism. We prioritize female health, safety and wellbeing. Tim quoted Elizabeth Hobson, "......where feminism has taken our Gynocentrism and weaponized it."
   This led the conversation to discuss feminine power, male power and how the role of empathy evolved. This also showed such examples as scenes in, "A Few Good Men" and the film, "Doubt.
    We talked about the film Barbie and how Patriarchy played a role as 'horses are just men extenders,' per Ken. Excellent conversation with Tim Goldich and more to come. Barbie was not in love with Ken and we all felt bad for him even though she was honest about it. Ken was just another accessory to Barbie. Or was he? Barbie explained to Ken. 'that it's Barbie AND it's Ken,' which gave Ken his own identity. The film Barbie opened up a lot of dialogue!

    Slam the Gavel welcomes Tracy Armes (Season 4, Episode 129), Stacey Sonnelitter (Season 5, Episode 2) and James Kelly (Season 4, Episode 55) back to the podcast. We discussed what REALLY happened on December 12th, 2023 and how the use of recordings and transparency is desperately needed in the, "family courts."
   We also discussed how there was a change in Tracy Armes case when her Paralegal and ADA Advocate, James Kelly was jailed five minutes into the hearing for wanting to record. The other issue is the Guardian Ad Litem, Karyn Villar, nor Judge Alfred Graf care that Tracy's child has missed 96 days of school AND she has insurmountable EVIDENCE OF SPOUSAL/CHILD ABU$E. THEY JUST DON'T CARE.
   Stacey Sonnelitter explains, "How can maintaining a transcript in all fairness to all parties be a crime when it is in all fairness? It is important to know that this is not a misogyny or misandry thing. The court looks at your financial portfolio, your political affiliations and how it benefits the court and is there a way to exploit you for money to maximize the Title IV-D Funding to the state, BECAUSE they WORK FOR THE STATE. That's why transparency is important. There are political ties. This isn't MEN against WOMEN, it is a MONEY issue. If you pit men AGAINST women, you are HELPING the courts. STOP."
     Tracy states that, "Any Advocate is part of the problem and not the solution by putting salt to the victim's wound by financially draining them."
     James also adds, "The work needs to be done. I am going to get louder and seek more support from legislators to put pressure on this problem. There has to be change: I want the Transcript Integrity Act. The judges are the personification of the state and they cannot give an impartial tribunal because of the federal INCENTIVE grant money for the collection of CHILD SUPPORT. Everybody's DUE PROCESS RIGHTS have been deprived across the board, because the state of NY wants to collect a half - billion dollars a year or more from the federal government. The judges violate the rights of the child to have an equal relationship with both parents to make that happen.

    Slam the Gavel welcomes back James Sisco to the podcast. He was last on the podcast Season 3, Episode 176 and Season 4, Episode 54.  This case is tainted with players who need psychological evaluations, such as the Judges, opposing attorney and ex-wife.  James is suffering through three years of egregious treatment at the hands of Judge Thomas P. Mann and Judge Penny S. Azcarate. Azcarate incarcerated James for not paying attorney fees to his ex-wife to the tune of $65,000.00 prior to James having not only back surgery and shoulder surgery, a STROKE as well. The extortion continues as well as the emotional and physical STRESS.
     The "Psychologist for the children", Mary Lindahl, extorts $195.00 to "review" each Skype call James has had with his children. The Skype calls were taking a toll on James's health, due to the fact his ex-wife CHOOSES to end them when "she feels like it," as evidenced in Jame's TikToks. Like a demon possessed, she will whip that lap top around and away from the kids as she sits there, staring at him for a second or two and then turns off the laptop. But the court approves of this behavior, alienating a good father from his children and who needs to be there FOR HIS CHILDREN.
    Other reporters have covered James Sisco's story besides myself. Julie Haskell and Michael Volpe covered segments of this ongoing legal abuse and false accusations from his ex-wife at TAXPAYER EXPENSE.
     When will it end? There is a hearing on January 22, 2024, to decide how long the trial will be. James continues to be an advocate even after having a stroke and to be there for others who can't protect themselves. Because that's what a Veteran does. THE RIGHT THING. More to come in the future.

    Slam the Gavel welcomes back Brian Vukadinovich to the podcast. he is the author of Motion for Justice: I Rest My Case and Rogues in Black Robes. Brian was last on the podcast Season 4, Episodes 69, 99 and 119 and Season 5, Episodes 13 and 37. 
     On our show today and he will discuss his pending federal court lawsuit against a very famous judge, Richard A. Posner, formerly of the United States Court of Appeals for the 7th Circuit in Chicago where he was on the bench for almost 36 years before he retired in 2017 over disagreements with the other judges about how PRO SE'S were being TREATED in the Seventh Circuit.  He read about how Brian represented himself in a five day federal civil rights jury trial in 2016 and how Brian beat a team of corporation lawyers at the five day jury trial where he was awarded more than $200,000 by the jury for the school corporation's violation of his due process rights. When they terminated his employment as a teacher, and in 2018 Posner asked Brian to come work for him in his newly created company "Posner Center for Pro Se's" to help unrepresented litigants and agreed to pay Brian $120,000 a year to serve as the executive director of the Posner Center and to also provide advisory services to Posner in Posner's personal capacity.  But Posner REFUSED TO PAY  him for his work and Brian had to take him to court for BREACH OF CONTRACT.  
     Brian is representing himself and is battling lawyers from 3 DIFFERENT STATES (New York, Chicago and Indiana) in the case.  Recently, there was a hearing in the federal court and Brian tried to get the judge to take JUDICIAL NOTICE of a PERJURED AFFIDAVIT that the New York lawyer, Justin M. Ellis, signed under penalty of perjury.  When Brian tried to submit into evidence a CRUCIAL DOCUMENT that proved that the lawyer committed perjury on his affidavit, the magistrate judge, Joshua Kolar, initially didn't want to allow the document into evidence and abruptly adjourned the hearing.  EVERYONE was almost on their way out of the courthouse and to the door. Out of nowhere, a U.S. MARSHALL approached him and told him that the judge wanted everybody back in the courtroom.  The judge, after rethinking things over DECIDED TO ADMIT THE DOCUMENT into the record, and that's when it hit the fan: when the New York Lawyer started to WHINE and BACKPEDAL, trying to cover the perjury.
       HOWEVER, magistrate judge, Joshua Kolar, has been NOMINATED to be a federal court of appeals judge at the U.S. Court of Appeals in Chicago, the SAME COURT that Posner was at.  Brian gave us some thoughts about what he thinks about the nomination of Kolar for the U.S. Court of Appeals and gave information about the process involved with federal judge nominations and what takes place before they can be seated on the federal judiciary. What the PUBLIC NEEDS TO BE AWARE of when judges are nominated for judicial positions is VERY IMPORTANT at TAXPAYER EXPENSE.

     Leon is retired from the US Army after 10-years active duty and over 13-years in the Army Reserve. Career fields included Military Police (MP), Counterintelligence Agent (Cl/Agent), and Civil Affairs (CA) with assignments to Major Commands and Special Operations Forces (SOF). Active duty units included the 82nd Airborne Division; 197th Infantry Brigade; NATO Headquarters in The Netherlands; The Pentagon; and Defense Nuclear Agency. Reserve assignments included various Cl, MP, and CA units to include the 505th Military Intelligence Battalion (BN) and the 478th CA BN (Foreign Internal Defense/ Unconventional Warfare (FID/UW).
     Systems are  in place, criminal background checks for a variety of jobs. But, it's interesting that with all these systems that are in place, not everyone is getting a background check. 
    Leon wrote to North Carolina State about their Criminal background check trying to get clarification of people that come in contact with children and what clearance they need. They wrote back with a one line response. Leon wrote back for more details and received NO RESPONSE.
   We discussed The Innocence Project and how frustrating it is in dealing with the government. Parents don't know who is REALLY coaching their children and parents should be vigilant in doing their own background checks. Leon stated, "I do encourage 
parents are to monitor their children, it's not everyone's responsibility to protect your child, it's not the school or the police's responsibility, it's the parent. That parent is the first line of defense. If you have these situations with who is around your child, or a suspicion, you should be there. Don't drop your kids off at community activities and pick them up in an hour. You need to be there and be their watchdog."

    Slam the gavel welcomes Jessica Sarfaty to the podcast. Jessica is a Domestic Violence Survivor and Parental Alienation Victim. She too is battling the Yonkers, NY Family Court system. Her judge is Mary Anne Scattaretico-Naber, for Westchester County Family Court in Yonkers in the Ninth Judicial District of New York.
      However, Yonkers, New York is known to be called, "City of Hell," for many reasons. As Jessica told her story of perjury and exparte communications with opposing attorneys and AFC (Attorney For Child), David Peck, the whole thing was sketchy from the beginning. The judge disregarded policy and procedure and Jessica asked the judge and the AFC to recuse and they would not. Apparently, David Peck stated her 'son's therapist said her son needed more time away from her.' This was not true as per counselor. That's perjury. When Jessica confronted this bald-face lie, Scattaretico-Naber defended him saying that she has worked with David Peck for over 10-20 years.
     There was an order to Show Cause for  two months that the judge didn't answer - but she was supposed to answer it in 30 days. What she did do was send it in the evening before trial..... How convenient.
    Jessica's son is 18 and alienated from his mother as the father has turned the son against his mother. There was also Custodial Interference involved as well, but everything went unchecked. Yonkers is who can pay the most. It is a MONEY COURT. The verdict goes to the highest bidder.....
