Slap Save Pinball Podcast

In episode 11 of the Slap Save Pinball Podcast, Chris and Jason get back to being friendly after the senseless friction of 10 (with just a touch of liquor to encourage our creativity).  We have a blast and discuss some late week news, dive into our NEWEST SEGMENT, FBT 1989 edition where we pick the games we feel stuck out for a particular year.  Chris then drops some pinball term explanations with his trademark saltiness for those still working on their pinball degree.  Jason discusses his surprise love of the Merc with a mouth, and curses a particular game that uses a obscure mutated fruit for its main antagonist.

In episode 10 of The Slap Save Pinball Podcast, we finally have a true showdown.  In the past, Chris has used "investment" in describing pinball machines, which was the equivalent of nails scraping down a chalkboard to Jason.  We throw down the gauntlet on the subject.  Voices raise, some of the points and arguments go so deep in the weeds that it pops out the other side, and generally speaking, nothing is accomplished.  It is entertaining, if nothing else. 

Who needs a brickshot when we are BOTH yelling!?  The show starts off well.  We talk about a pindig that Jason had last Friday, scream through the news, and play two voicemails from listeners with questions; One from a mysterious stranger and a second one from 'Sammy Pinballs," our new unofficial spokesperson and mascot.

In episode 60 of the Slap Save Pinball Podcast we look back at 2019 and summarize the current state of pinball.  Chris has somehow still avoided a temper induced aneurysm, and this time goes off on a tangent about the announcement of a game he's not thrilled with.  We tackle Sterns Wifi updates and it's consequences, tournament hacks using the same system, the effect of last years Sales Tax and talk about A LOT of games that have hit the market since we started this jalopy just over *1 year ago.  We hope you enjoy this unique, special edition of our podcast and thanks for joining us on the ride.
