Welcome to Slap Shot Podcast! In episode 44, host Christopher Morais (@fuzzychris91) takes a look at recent comments made by the premier of Quebec concerning French-speaking players in the NHL, specifically the Montreal Canadiens.

Why do the Canadiens have so few of them? What is the solution? Will a new committee really change anything?

I give my take on a few changes that would help increase registration at the minor league level, and some challenges that hockey in general might be facing over the next few years.

Welcome to Slap Shot Podcast! In episode 35, host Christopher Morais (@fuzzychris91) takes a break from talking about how to focus on mental health.

January 28th is #BellLetsTalk day, and now more than ever, it's important to talk about mental health and make sure that resources are available for anyone who needs it. We can do more, and we need to challenge anyone who wants to help to do as much as they can. Let's not let the noise around mental illness distract us from the fact that things need to change.

Be part of the solution.
