Way back in March, Slashercast recorded a guest spot on another podcast hosted by Katie Rots. At the time, Katie was part of a podcast network that didn't approve of this recording (because of Slashercast's rambunctious nature), and her show was abruptly canceled. We've worked with Katie to edit together the episode and we're releasing it here for the first time. In the episode, we have a general roundtable discussion and review the classic thriller Diabolique and Roger Corman's Swamp Women.

On our fourth episode, we explore the world of Middle Earth as we review The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey, the first installment of The Hobbit Trilogy. Dave (@thehumanimdb) is joined by New Jersey Nick (@newjerseynick) and returning special guest D.A. Chaney (@da_chaney). We talk about all of the movie trailers we saw before the film, including the 9 minute IMAX sequence from Star Trek Into Darkness. The Hobbit review discusses our history with Middle Earth, the High Frame Rate technology used to shoot the movie, and Dave nerds out with some Middle Earth fun facts.

The whole gang is here to give you our 2nd Annual Christmas Episode. We review Silent Night (Remake) and Black Christmas (original) and talk all sorts of Christmas films during our Top Ten Lists. Mike will spread Christmas joy with news. Nick will be sort of jolly. Jack will mispronounce something that will haunt him for the rest of SlasherCast. It's a must listen.

The cast is all here to hear some of Dave's News That He Doesn't Give a Shit About? and Nick's Angry News brings up a topic that angers some of us. Our third episode takes on the 23rd film in the James Bond series, Skyfall. Dave (@thehumanimdb) hosts and is joined by New Jersey Nick (@newjerseynick), Mike (@theflickist), and our special guest D.A. Chaney (@da_chaney). Skyfall's themes takes us into a discussion of all things 007 including the evolution of James Bond over the years and a few theories as to where Skyfall fits into the series.

All five middle fingers are here to give you News and reviews of two zombie films Exit Humanity and Aaah! Zombies!! Does the cast enjoy these films or is the zombie movie craze starting to bother them? You'll find out. You'll also get a quick lightening round review session with Ted to catch up on the films he didn't get to review on the show amongst other things. Then we go into a list that causes controversy amongst some of the members. We hope you enjoy the show!

We are Ted-less again but that doesn't stop us from being who we are. We get Mike's News and the cast seems quiet. Don't worry this episode is the slow burn episode.
