The dynamic three-o dig into the darkly satirical horror that blends culinary artistry with suspense, examining its themes of class, power, and obsession within the fine-dining industry.

With standout performances from Anya Taylor-Joy, Ralph Fiennes, and Nicholas Hoult, this movie raises chilling questions about art, consumption, and the extremes people go to for perfection. From unexpected twists to rich character analysis, this episode explores The Menu from appetizer to dessert.

Slashers Podcast: Alien: Romulus (2024)

On this episode of Slashers Podcast, your hosts Mikey, Ade and Lance are diving into the highly anticipated installment of the Alien franchise—Alien: Romulus (2024).

Directed by Fede Álvarez, this film returns the terrifying xenomorphs to the big screen with a fresh vision.

We break down the movie's plot, characters, and creature design while comparing it to previous entries in the iconic sci-fi horror series.

Does Alien: Romulus live up to its predecessors like Alien (1979) or Aliens (1986), or does it fall prey to the pitfalls of modern sequels? We discuss Álvarez's unique approach to the franchise, his handling of suspense, and how this latest chapter stacks up against Ridley Scott's original masterpieces.

Join us as we explore the film’s key themes, standout moments, and what it brings to the world of Alien. As always, we bring our own brand of banter, and deep love for the genre.
