Pastor Luke reminded us that when we step into the more that God has for us, we often have to face more pressure. Pressure can either crush us for form us into the person God is calling us to be. The pressures of life around you is no match for the presence of God within you.”

Pastor Brandon's message inspired us to lean into God and the

Helper that He's given to us (the Holy Spirit.) The Fruit of the Spirit

are a byproduct of the Spirit, not something we can generate in our

own willpower.

Stepping into new things can feel like stepping on fragile ice.

In faith, with God we can step out and stand firm. When we build

our lives on our own platforms, they will crumble but when Jesus is

our platform, we know that we will stand firm.

Pastor Brandon shared that the miraculously mundane happens when we become routinely aware of God’s revelation. We need to design a life where God is able to interrupt us at any moment.

In the morning service, Pastor Emma reminded us that preparation is

important. In order to find purpose in the process, we need to

remember that people are part of the process, the process doesn’t

need to be overcomplicated, we need to push forward in the process,

and we need to position ourselves for change.

Pastor Luke encouraged us to live fearless and faith-filled lives. Living in fear prevents us from moving into what God has for us. When we face “what if” situations, we can respond in faith or in fear. The story of Joshua leading the Israelites reminds us that we don’t need to be afraid because God is with us.

Pastor Luke reminded us that as Christ followers, we should always have a heart of thanksgiving.

When you live with overflowing thankfulness, thankfulness makes

itself known, thankfulness sustains, and thankfulness eliminates

entitlement.

Pastor Brandon reminded us that we are equipped to be influencers in the world by the Holy Spirit. We are not meant to be comfortable, and with Jesus in us, we can handle the uncomfortable moments, like sheep sent out amongst wolves.

Pastor Brandon preached about feeling boxed in. When we are able to give our all to Jesus, rather than divide him among the way we compartmentalize our lives, then we are able to experience life to the fullest.
