Yes, I said it. And no, I'm not embarrassed. I get asked this a lot. Usually with a slightly raised eyebrow and a nervous laugh.
In this episode I'm getting personal. I'm talking about what naturism actually is to me — not the clichés, not the naturist resort jokes — but the real, lived, daily practice of it. And why I genuinely believe it is one of the most quietly powerful things you can do for your health. Physical health, yes — but more than that, your mental health, your body image, your relationship with yourself, and even your sexuality.
I'll walk you through how I actually live — what I eat, how I move, how I sleep, how I think about my body — and how naturism threads through all of it in ways I never could have predicted when I started out.
This isn't a lecture. It isn't a sales pitch for getting your kit off.
It's just me, being honest, about something I love deeply — and why I think more people would benefit from at least considering it.
Come for the curiosity. Stay for the conversation.
I'd love to know what you think — does any of this resonate? Have you tried naturism, or does the whole idea still make you want to hide behind a very large towel? Drop me a message. Seriously — I read everything, and I love hearing from you. See my articles on Medium.com and follow on X and BlueSky for photos and comments - and elsewhere videos coming soon.
