In the midst of trading in the I’s for “us” be sure to keep some things and make room for yourself.

I surveyed my Instagram followers to see if and how their family structure effected their experiences.

Life doesn’t allow for comfort zones. So would you rather move or be moved? Sit on the side of the road and let life pass you by or patch up that tire and get back on the road. The choice is yours.

We sometimes count ourselves out before we give ourselves a chance. A fresh perspective maybe just the luck you need. Odds are you’re closer to a yes than a no.

One thing I’ve learned is that depression is common, everyone experiences it. I’ve experienced it a couple of times myself so with that and research I thought I’d share my knowledge.

Thoughts going into the New Year. Very thankful to have made it this far but there’s an uphill battle ahead of me.

With it being common to get hurt it becomes expected. So much so that we are desensitized to bad outcomes and terrified of good possibilities because they’re foreign. I’m here to tell you that you deserve the best case scenario.
