It happens to all of us! Sometimes we can't fall asleep or can't get back to sleep. Try this sleep meditation to fall asleep faster! With guided breath work and calming thoughts, this meditation will help you get a good night's rest! 

Pro Tip: Try writing thoughts down in a journal before bed and prior to this meditation. Write a "to-do" list for the next day and empty all of your thoughts down on paper to fully be present in the moment!
