I tried a different audiobook by this author, Vipassana Meditation, and I loved it - so I thought I would try his sleep meditation as well. I was pleased, and found the meditation to be peaceful. I didn't fall asleep right away, which is normal for me - but I did feel extremely relaxed and eventually did end up falling asleep while the music was still playing. Even though it took me a while, I did feel it was effective and even felt like my blood pressure lowered. I tried it again a few more times and had the same calming effect that made getting to sleep a little easier. I liked the narration very much and enjoyed the music.
