We'd like to start this bio by saying that Ash is definitely haunted and sleep paralysis isn't a thing...JK FRIENDS! Apparently it is?? Listen to us have a terrifying and confusing conversation about different sleep paralysis experiences and theories surrounding this crazy phenomenon.
