There are a number of factors that can disturb our sleep. I find that usually the brain is in the beta waves state, concerned with either the day that has gone, or with the day that’s coming. To switch it off, we need it to exist the sympathetic nervous response. This is achieved by slowing down the brain cycles, entering the alpha waves states which can only happen when the brain. Relaxes and feels safe. ❤️
