Welcome back, welcome back, welcome back...In my triumphant return back to recording, I wanted to do a little theme month this week and thought what best than to highlight successful fathers.

In this episode I had the pleasure of chatting with my long time friend, Duane Herr. Duane is the Athletic Director at our Alma Mater, Anne Arundel Community College, husband to his High School sweetheart and of course an amazing dad to three beautiful children. I welcome him to the three kid club, take a trip down memory lane through grade school all the way to high school baseball and then we talk about how his college baseball career impacted his career and ultimately his life. We finish the interview off with the struggles of being a parent/husband while having such a demanding job and advice he would give to people trying to take their careers to the next level.
