Kicking off the new year in the Guest Mix series is South Shields house heavyweight, Richy Ahmed. Well known and highly regarded within White Isle house circles Richy has held down a stellar residency for Paradise at DC-10, for a number of years now… however, his musical influences reach beyond the broad church of house, branching into disco, funk, boogie, world and hip-hop. It’s this extended material palette that Richy calls upon for his contribution to our mix series, and with fantastic results. Even the most severe January blues will be dealt a blow here…
