Today feels like a heavy day, and it's certainly one that history will not look on kindly, but this is not the end.
People are feeling disappointed, angry, even despairing, but lets channel that energy into something productive. There's things we CAN do, perhaps not to turn things around immediately, but to win this fight in the long run.
As always I'll be 'decompressing' with a cigar and some scotch, I have some thoughts I want to share with you, some encouragements that I think are very important at times like this, but it's also important to be there for each other in moments like this, so lets have a chat, give a voice to how we're feeling, and make some constructive plans for what comes next.
Oh, and I'll be previewing an incredible song by Irwin Thomas (aka Jack Jones) that will be part of the Battleground Melbourne Documentary! It sounds amazing and has been written specially for the Doco.
So get comfy, tune in, lets have a stiff drink and a heart-to-heart chat.
